Can I attach décor to the backdrops?Absolutely, but please, no nails, screws, or any fastener that may damage the item. Feel free to use command strips, cable ties, or floral wire to hang décor. Some items will have designated hooks to hang décor from.

Where do you deliver to?We will deliver and set up/teardown within 25 mi of Maryville, MO. Further deliveries will be charged extra.

How do I set up my item?Most of the backdrops assemble simply by tool-less bolts by hand. A helper is recommended for larger items.

I want to pick up myself, where do I pick up?We are located in the East end of Maryville!

How long do I have the rental for?Typically, for weddings, we try to have the item delivered and set up by you rehearsal time. Depending on your venue, you may need to meet us so we may gain access to your building. For teardown, we will have it down by the next day. Evening-of teardowns may be charged extra.

Why are some items only rated for indoor use?Some items are too unsafe for outdoor use in the case of wind. All rental items are not waterproof, and all efforts must be taken to bring in items should rain or storms be forecasted.

Why are some items only rated for flat surface use?Some items are larger and may be unstable on uneven grass, gravel, or ground. In the case of the entry doors, the doors may not operate properly if placed on an uneven surface.
